Inspired Summit is Utah’s premier year round backcountry guide services. The natural landscape speaks to all of us on some level.

Locally owned and operated in Park City Utah, we offer custom guided backcountry skiing, backpacking, camping, rock climbing, mountain biking in the Wasatch and Uinta Mountains. Inspired Summit Adventures (ISA) is a mountain guide service, offering outdoor exceptional guided experiences that challenge the body and mind. Founded by Shaun Raskin, Professional Big mountain Skier, seasoned Mountain Guide, and certified Avalanche professional. It offers physical beauty as well as an abundance of exciting challenges that alone can inspire awareness and growth. However, when focused, guided, and coached our opportunity for developing a strong sense of self becomes even greater and more profound. Inspired Summit Adventures was born out of such experiences and seeks to share the power of self-discovery that nature, adventure, and a conscious dialogue of empowerment offers.

Gettinga 500 lb stove up to a backcountry yurt that sits 7 miles on a rugged 4x4 road followed by a 100yard hill climb to the bottoms of the stairs requires some creativity, strength and team work!!!

Gorgeous 3 day 2 night trip with some very special humans.

From enjoying yurt time and mediation, to deep talks, to checking off a hut to hut hike bucket list, and a mid route rendezvous, followed by charcuterie and bbq.

Yeah, this weekend and this group certainly lined up exquisitely!

Fall is here 🍂 and there is nothing quite like staying at one of our yurts and watching the seasons turn.

Weather snuggling up by the fire, or getting out for adventures, the fall is a truly special time to be in the mountains.

Who says you can’t have it all?
For 4 days and 3 nights we made this couples dream trip come true!

The husband, an avid out doors man.
The wife, new to outdoor adventures
The challenge, have them both enjoy the trip and time together.

Day 1: hike with day packs 7.5 miles to a gorgeous drop camp 🏕️
Campout under the stars ✨
Day 2: Sunrise 🌅 backcountry paddle board. Then hike 6 miles to Castle Peak Yurt 🛖 .
Charcuterie and sauna and sleep at the yurt
Day 3: Rock climb 🧗 and Fly fish 🎣 with expert guides
Enjoy the Sauna (again) and some solo couple time.
Day 4: load out and top it off with a guided intro to mountain biking 🚵 .

Stoked we could introduce this family from Long Island how we do water life here in Utah!

Kayaking, SUP, and yurt charcuterie were on tap along with some great lessons on Leave No Trace.

Sharing the art of Backpacking during our overnight mentorship and assessment with Sam.

For 48hrs Sam had one on one access to his guide and mentor who honed skills such as:
The PCT Bear hangs
Gear upgrade
Dehydrated meals
Building responsible campfires
Leave No Trace Practices and principles

Congrats Sam on getting the seal of approval to get to venture into the mountains responsibly on your own!
