Opening weekend of the Smith and Morehouse yurt is a time for friends, families, and the local community to get together.

This Memorial Weekend was no exception, biking, paddle boarding and even a moose on the loose!

Join us in helping kick the summer off right!

The 2nd annual Smith and Morehouse Community shoreline Cleanup is happening May 30th 10-2pm.

We will handout trash bags and gloves at the Dam on the North Side in the morning followed by post pickup 12:30-2pm free hot dogs at the yurt (on the South shore) and a trash weigh in contest to win a FREE YURT stay for 4 (all trash must have been picked up that morning from the reservoir no cheating).

Summer is coming and our yurts offer a front row to the magic and adventure that the mountains offer.

From front row river front and water activities to remote alpine access, the Western Uinta Hut system is entering its second summer.

Self guided and guided and catered single hut and hut to hut options are available.

This week had been so much fun and Lift access backcountry ski tours are back for the 2026 season and we have been serving up some delicious days of powder skiing off the back side of the park city Ridgeline.

Park City Lift access is a great way to try out ski touring or get out into the Wasatch backcountry without having to sit in cottonwood canyon traffic.

We also have options for Brighton, solitude, Alta and Snowbird lift access touring as well.
