From driving Route 2A through the Haynesville Woods known to be so haunted that there was a song written about it…to risking seeing the “Woman in the Red Shawl” at the Pemaquid Point Lighthouse…to exploring abandoned old forts, mansions and ghost towns that appear as they were well over 100 years ago…to stopping by one of the state’s most interesting antique stores filled with creepy (but fun!) decor, you’ll see some of the most hair-raising spots in the state along this route!
