💕 HI, I'M CINDY! The face behind Full Access Vacations, a luxury accessible travel advisory.

🩺 I'm an occupational therapist (OTR/L), still treating clients, and a Certified Accessible Travel Professional. That makes me the travel agent who thinks like an OT. I plan the whole trip, from the airport curb to the shower threshold, before you ever pack.

📍 Based in Bucks County, PA, and co-host of the Inclusion by Design podcast with Jen Leary.

Quick question for my fellow advisors: have you ever booked a trip that looked perfect on paper and still came back with a complaint?
I have. And it taught me that most booking mistakes aren't about bad intentions.

They're about planning around features (the pool, the view, the swim-up bar) instead of function: can this client actually do what they came to do, comfortably, from start to finish?
