Man it's been a while but it's been a crazy few weeks for this girl! Finally catching up with work (I do graphic design for my full time job and on the side 😅) but we managed to sneak in a small hike to Cecret Lake and found a bunch of salamanders 🦎 it was pretty cool, I don't think I've ever seen them in the wild like that! What's some cool animals you've found on a hike or trip?

Used the tripod and remote tactic for pictures of us in Yosemite since it was just the 2 of us but I still need to learn...

I've always thought the Great Salt Lake was not worth going cause everyone says it's full of bugs and brine shrimp and it stinks. Well the bugs and brine shrimp was definitely true, but surprisingly the beach on antelope island didn't stink at all! If you want to go in the water I would recommend going to Antelope island state park at sunset and check out some Buffalos while you're there :) (the bugs are definitely more manageable at sunset too)

We brought 2 tubes to float the river in Yosemite valley and turned out one didn't even have a lid on the valve 🤦‍♀️ so after much adjusting we were (kinda) able to both fit on one 😆 you ever forget to bring something small but kinda important?
