I cannot stress enough about how important the vetting process is when selecting your contractor or contractors, look at their website, look at previous jobs, ask previous clients their opinions, and most importantly check to see if they are licensed, bonded, and insured, those three things with a signed contract help protect the you the customer as well as the contractor.
