Just left Malaga, Spain, on our way to Cartagena. Malaga is a beautiful city with great culture and scenery. Our favorite in-port activity was the electric car tour - a drive-yourself experience where you’re given your own tiny Citroen to do a follow-the-leader tour around Malaga. The cars are connected by two-way radio, and our guide Alex provided commentary. The tour also visits a local cave complex and stops at a lovely viewpoint above the city. It was a fun and unique experience. As in other ports, Windstar gets the best docking space because smaller ships are easier to maneuver in port. In both Cádiz and Málaga, Star Pride had the best spot with easy access to the city.

In Cádiz, Spain earlier this week - one of my favorite places in Europe. Lovely little city surrounded by ocean, great beaches, and lots of history. Including being cast as “Havana” in the James Bond film “Die Another Day.” Our Windstar Cruises ship “Star Pride” also had their trademark deck barbecue while we were in port. Lots of fun and great food!

Spent the day in Casablanca, Morocco. Did a city tour and visited the amazing Hassan II mosque, third-largest in the world. We’re now on the way to Cadiz, Spain. Windstar has been fabulous - such a nice experience!
