What a night, PBTA! 🖤💛⚾

We had an amazing time at PNC Park watching the Pirates vs. Blue Jays with our PBTA crew! The tailgate kicked off the fun with snacks, drinks, and sunshine—followed by an evening of baseball, indoor lounge hangs, and even a little pool-shooting on the Pittsburgh Baseball Club Level.

Be Among the First to Experience the New Pittsburgh Terminal

The countdown is on! The grand opening of the reimagined Pittsburgh International Airport is coming Fall 2025—but before that historic moment, we have a unique opportunity, and you’re invited to be part of it.

This September, the Allegheny County Airport Authority will host a full-scale public trial of the transformed PIT terminal—a behind-the-scenes experience that simulates an actual travel day. This isn’t just a preview… it’s a chance to shape the future of travel in Pittsburgh.

As a PBTA member or guest, you’ll:
• Walk through the terminal as a “test passenger”
• Interact with the new processes, signage, and layout
• Play a vital role in testing the passenger experience
• Share direct feedback that will help finalize the terminal for its public debut

Your voice matters. You’ll be representing not just yourself, but your organization and the business travel community. Your insight can influence what travelers around the world experience when they arrive in Pittsburgh.

And to make this even more special for PBTA members, we are coordinating with ACAA to host a private PBTA-exclusive briefing either before or after the trial. This will be your chance to hear directly from airport leaders, ask questions, and learn more about the vision behind the new PIT.

Please note: once the official date is announced, PBTA members will need to re-register to confirm participation and secure your spot for the PBTA update session.
