Any guesses as to how many nurdles were collected this morning?!?

Nurdles are pre-production plastic pellets and a rapidly growing environmental hazard. Due to their small size and properties they are easily carried by rainwater runoff and currents. While in the environment they can make their way into the respiratory and digestive tracks of wildlife, causing a whole host of health problems.

Sunny conditions will exist along beaches today with high temperatures in the upper 80s and a very high UV index. Southeasterly winds of 5 to 10 mph. There's a low risk for rip currents today but low risk does not mean no risk. Dangerous rip currents are possible especially near piers and jetties.
