Had a great time on the gulf waters off of South Padre Island today with Janet and Austin. Keeper snappers were hit and miss, but Austin hooked on to a couple of very nice fish! 26 inch snapper and a 42 inch Cobia. Thanks for a great time Janet and Austin.

Beautiful day to fish, good company, and the trout were on fire. Caught and released some beautiful specks! Robert caught a 27 and a 23 incher while Chris landed a fat 26 1/2. Nice stringer of fish that included a couple of keeper reds. Thank you Robert and Chris for a great time.

This wind does not let down. It is either from the South or the North and usually blowing to hard to go hit the snapper spots. This coming Tuesday or Wednesday there might be enough rest in the water to make it fishable for maybe 1 day. Call (956) 572-0029 if you might be interested so I can hold those 2 days for you. All it takes is one unexpected weather forecast change and we can get out there!!

I didn’t pre-cut the bait cause I figured once Frank (Dad) and Vinny see the swells, this fishing trip will be over. Once I saw the swells and steady breeze, I was thinking, dang!, doable, but I would understand if they would call it off. Instead Frank said, “this isn’t that bad”😊. No seasickness and a blast enjoying the waves and catching fish!!

What do you get when you put 3 boilermakers and a longhorn on the water? A fun day of fishing and the fish were also biting. Brayden gets the most trout in the box award, Tristan got the biggest fish award as he muscled in a couple of nice black drums, and Jen got the the biggest catch and release trout award Thank you for a great time😊🎣🥳.
