Today’stopic: Having a game plan
Game day isn’t just when the whistle blows—it’s all about the prep. The best teams analyze their opponents, craft strategies, and adapt to surprises.
Because when the game starts, it’s too late to scramble.

Your finances work the same way. Right now, we’re facing rising gas prices—over $4 per gallon—and economic uncertainty from layoffs and shifting markets.
That’s not “what if”—that’s the game already underway.

So, the real question is: Did you show up with a plan?
Without a financial game plan: You react instead of respond… You panic instead of pivot… You fall behind instead of staying in control.

With a plan: You’ve already set aside funds for higher expenses… You’ve built a cushion for life’s curveballs… You know your next move before pressure hits.
Winning teams never wing it—and neither should you when it comes to your money.

Ask yourself: Are you playing defense…or executing a strategy?

If you don’t have a plan yet, now’s the time to build one—before the next play comes your way.

Want guidance, accountability, and a clear path to your financial goals? I offer personal coaching and a free consultation to help youget started. No pressure—just a conversation about where you are and where youwant to go.

Today’s topic: Ego Tax

Now that tax season is over, you’re aware of local, state, and national taxes… now let’s talk about one more: EGO TAX.

Ego tax is the hidden cost of making financial decisions based on pride, image, or the need to impress.

It shows up when you:• Overspend to maintain a lifestyle• Avoid adjusting when your situation changes• Stay silent instead of asking for help• Spend to gain approval—not value

Here’s the reality: ego tax doesn’t come with a bill—but it will cost you progress.

Before your next financial decision, ask:Would I still choose this if no one else saw it?

Awareness is where change begins.
What’s one area where ego might be costing you financially?

If you want guidance, accountability, and a clear path toward your financial goals, I offer personal coaching and a free consultation to help you get started. No pressure—just a conversation about where you are and where you want to go.

I had to see if for myself. I always thought just throughly washing my fruits and vegetables with water was good enough…

Then I purchased Harvest Pure from the wellness store where I shop each month 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
The proof is in the pudding or should I say the proof is in the bowl. One capful of Harvest Pure super-concentrated formula for 60 seconds (yes one-minute) versus just sitting in regular water. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️
Harvest Pure blend of food-safe ingredients rinses away pesticide residues, dirt, grime, and other undesirable substances stuck to your produce! Best of all it does not leave an unpleasant aftertaste.
Just think about what your fruits/vegetables go through before the reach your kitchen. Dirt. Pesticides. Insects. Multiple dirty hand groping on them 😂. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it. I’ll never just trust water again.
BTW the wellness store has 400+ exclusive products to help you on your journey to total wellness. Message me for details or link in bio.

Summertime is approaching—and hydration becomes a priority.

But here’s what most people overlook: sodium adds up fast.

Electrolytes matter, especially when you’re sweating more—they support key functions throughout the body. But many hydration drinks pack in high amounts of sodium… sometimes hundreds of milligrams per serving.

The daily recommended limit is 2,300 mg—and it’s easier to exceed than you think.

Before you grab that drink, check the label:
• How much sodium is in one serving?
• How many servings are you actually consuming?

For me, it’s Sustain – Active Electrolyte Hydration. When I compare it to other options, it fits what I’m looking for—and Raspberry Lemonade is my go-to.

Hydration should support your health—not push you past your limits.

How do you stay hydrated during the summer?

Stay aware. Stay balanced. Be well.

Did you know that an Independent Lung Damage Study report was released in 2018?

Findings are that national brand cleaners “Significantly & Irreversibly Damage Lung Tissue”

The independent study based on 20 years of research and published in the “American Thoracic Society’s American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine” reveals that: national brand cleaners are as damaging to lungs as smoking a pack of ci******es a day for 20 years.

Let that sink in.

Today’s topic: Ready. Aim. Aim. Aim… 🎯

Ever notice how “being prepared” can quietly turn into being stuck?

That’s Ready–Aim–Aim–Aim Syndrome—and it shows up everywhere: your money, your health, your big life ideas.

In personal finance, it sounds like:
• “I’ll save once I make more.”

In wellness, it looks like:
• Planning the perfect routine instead of taking a walk today

And when starting a new venture—or a new chapter of life—it becomes:
• Endless courses, books, and branding

The cost of endless preparation is real:
• Time you can’t get back
• Missed financial growth
• Mental overload and stalled confidence
• Burnout before you even begin

Here’s the reframe: You don’t need certainty. You need movement.

Wellness improves through consistency, not perfect plans.
Money habit grows through action, not just intention.
New ventures are built by starting messy and learning fast.

Ask yourself:
- What’s one small, aligned action I can take today?

Because progress—financial, physical, and personal—comes from doing, not endlessly aiming.

If you want guidance, accountability, and a clear path toward your financial goals, I offer personal coaching and a free consultation to help you get started. No pressure—just a conversation about where you are and where you want to go.

Financial Friday: Walk -N- Talk

Today’s topic: Lessons from Marine Corps Bootcamp - Discipline and Sacrifice

When I was in Marine Corps basic training, two principles became deeply ingrained in who I am today. These lessons have shaped my approach not only to personal challenges but also to my journey in health and wealth.

During those relentless, sweltering summer days and nights battling the infamous sand fleas of Parris Island, SC, my drill instructor would constantly remind us, “The more you sweat now, the less you bleed later.” This mantra pushed and motivated us to give our best effort each day, knowing that the sacrifices we made in the moment would pay dividends in the future.

Every night before lights out, we would lay at attention in our bunk, repeating out loud, “D-I-S-C-I-P-L-I-N-E, Discipline Sir Discipline.” This nightly ritual instilled in me the unwavering importance of discipline—an attribute that would become central to my life.

These experiences taught me the true value of discipline and sacrifice, lessons that I continue to rely on in my pursuit of health and financial well-being.

As your financial coach, I want you to remember that sacrificing today is not about punishment—it’s about making a conscious choice for your future.

In the realm of personal finance, the single most impactful decision you can make is to delay immediate comfort for long-term freedom. It means skipping the impulse buy so that your future self can breathe easier.

Today’s discipline becomes tomorrow’s peace. Your future self is counting on you to make choices now that will lead to greater options and freedom in the days ahead.

If you want guidance, accountability, and a clear path toward your financial goals, I offer personal coaching and a free consultation to help you get started. No pressure—just a conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
