"I'd love to do a few (free!) maternity shoots this year for willing volunteers! Both just the mamas-to-be and couples. If you're pregnant and interested in a shoot, let me know! Important and empowering reminder. Seek help, don't frustrate yourself with worry. Keep the mantra "all is stellar!" in your pocket while you seek advice and assistance from well educated folks on the matter. This goes for everything, not just low supply. Xo, you have this!

This needs to be expressed the world through, splendiferous sir. So many weaving of beautiful wee ones that we all honestly can have a hand in shaping, just by being rad to others and teaching them balance through and through!

Pssst! Guess who is officially accepting doula clients for Fall of 2013 and beyond! (Hint: Sweet Tree Doula, Kristina E. Gallant - ok, I guess I gave it away, haha!) Please hand this off to the rad mamas/families you know!
As a doula I provide assistance to women and their loved ones in all shapes and forms as they journey to be informed about and give birth. In addition to these services I am available to: give foot massages, help prepare spaces, babysit, night sit, set up a "meal train", and many other useful services to elevate stress as the new family bonds with the sweet additions. Primarily serving in Southern Maine but certainly more than willing to travel!

Please, please, watch this. Send it to your family, your friends, strangers. Get the word out that breastfeeding is not sexual, instead it is necessary to the healthiest babies. It is there for healing, development, and emotional well being for babies and mamas alike.

Do you cloth diaper or know someone who does?
Be certain you get comfortable with the tag's care label - it is there to help you keep them for a long time! ♥ Take a look at what surprising stuff can happen if you don't pay attention to it...

I use my sanitize cycle all the time with no problems! In fact it is the only way i have found to get my diapers clean with my HE washer and very hard water. Maybe the water temp varies by machine, but I wash prefolds, flats, microfiber, bamboo, TPU and PUL this way and my covers, pockets and wetbag...
