Little Donny got the bid estimate on his great big chest swelling rockets, tanks, goose stepping troops, and heavy air parade and got eye-bugging sticker shock. So, in addition to canceling it, he blamed the people running D.C. And took a swing at them.

My guess is his lackeys read the tea leaves on the near universal unpopularity of this boondoggle, and had the books cooked so he could offload blame.

The potential price tag for the military display was $92 million, according to reports.
