Life has been full. End of school, end of spring sports, and some moments that reminded me why faith has to lead. And through all of it I was still here doing the work.

Three weeks ago I was building a client’s first Walt Disney World experience from the ground up. It is booked. Now we’re in the details together and we’re locked in until they return home.

Today is Travel Advisor Appreciation Day 🥂✈️ I’ll be honest, a year ago I didn’t even know this day or month existed. And a year ago, I was getting adjusted to my new normal after a corporate career layoff.

I’m so thankful I’ve landed here.

The response and support for this new journey has been truly overwhelming, in the best way. This is a great industry, and in the short months I’ve been a part of it, I’ve met some pretty awesome people.

It’s official. Spirit Airlines shut down overnight — all flights canceled, effective immediately. 🛫❌

This affects your summer travel whether you flew Spirit or not. Fares on Spirit routes are expected to jump. The budget competition is gone.

If you have a Spirit ticket 👇🏾

✅Credit/debit card → contact your bank to request a refund or dispute the charge

⚠️ Points, vouchers, cash → goes through bankruptcy court, not guaranteed

Do NOT go to the airport expecting Spirit staff.

Not every magical family trip has a castle in it.

This was us at Hard Rock Punta Cana — five people, one beach, zero plans for the afternoon. Just ocean, sunshine, and nowhere we had to be.

We love Disney. But nobody was checking wait times on this trip.
