Getting out of the house for a change in scenery is important for mental health, especially in stressful moments around the holidays. Plus it's a great way to spend quality time with loved ones (and pups!)
⭐️ Take a walk around the neighborhood, in a nearby park, or just in the backyard.
⭐️Play a game of “I Spy” or challenge yourselves to notice different things around you—count trees or point out all the yellow things you see.
⭐️Plan ahead: pick a day with nice weather and a time of day your loved one will be up for it. Bring a jacket and sunglasses just in case, and bring masks!
