I am in Draper today. The job requires that I do inspections from time to time. We call them Store Performance Reports. The Gandolfo's in Draper is doing a great job. In fact, Stephanie Stark, and health inspector for Salt Lake County was on Fox news in Utah. She said that the Gandolfo's in Draper is one of the cleanest and best ran kitchens in Salt Lake. Great Job Draper!!! Come and tast greatness. 185 east 12300 south . Pastrami is on the grill now!!
