✨ 30 Days of Exterior Progress at Hickory Roots Creek House! 🏡🌿
Just one month ago, we began restoring this special late-1950s home in Marriottsville. While there’s still plenty of work ahead, it’s exciting to look back and see how much the exterior has already changed. It’s already starting to look like our mock up! 😍
In the first 30 days we’ve completed:
✔️ Brand-new roof
✔️ Exterior painted in its new rich green color
✔️ Black trim, gutters, and downspouts
✔️ Foundation painted
✔️ New basement windows installed
It’s amazing how these improvements can completely transform the look and feel of a home while still honoring its original character.
Coming next:
🪟 Installation of 28 new black windows on the main and upper levels
🌲 Custom cedar porch posts and a cedar porch ceiling
🌲 Cedar shutters and gable accents
💡 New exterior lighting and the finishing details that will bring the entire vision together
