Dining Reservation Secured For👩‍🍳Clarabelle’s Enchanted Halloween Dinner at Storyteller’s Café at the Grand Californian 👻✨ Available August 22 through October 31

This is your sign to take a trip to Disneyland during spooky season. Whether it’s a full vacation or just a quick getaway, this adorable character dinner is the perfect anchor for a no-park day.

Here’s the dream itinerary:
🛍️ Start your morning strolling through Downtown Disney… grab a pumpkin-spiced treat, check out the Halloween merch, and do a little shopping.
🎳 Then head over to Splitsville for a fun round of bowling and a light lunch.
🏊‍♀️ Go back to the hotel for some chill pool time or even a midday nap.
✨ And in the evening, get all dressed up for Clarabelle’s Enchanted Halloween Dinner at the Grand Californian.

✨The BEST Spot to Watch Wondrous Journeys Fireworks at Disneyland! ✨ Okay, real talk… if you want the FULL magic moment with projections, fireworks, and castle vibes, here’s the scoop we tested for three days. Because we love you like that! 💁‍♀️💕🏰

The Disneyland castle is much shorter than the Disney World one, so you must be strategic to see the show. If you want the best spot, here’s what we found:

🎆 #1: RIGHT in front of Sleeping Beauty CastleChris and I had a hot dog picnic on the curb in front of the castle, just to see how things were going to come together.

⏰ At the two-hour mark, Cast Members will allow Guests to sit in front of the castle. We suggest going as close to the castle as possible during this time, and if you can bring a little blanket, it’s kind of nice to have an extra cushion.

🎤 Right before the show starts, the Cast Members will come around and ask everybody to stand up and move forward so that more people can see the projections and the show in the castle.

🎇 #2: Entrance of Main Street, U.S.A.This is a great backup option if you want to catch the projections on the buildings and still see the fireworks. Less packed and still magical.

🎆 #3: “It’s a Small World” PlazaThis is hands-down the best place to watch the fireworks if you don’t care about castle projections. It’s spacious, relaxed, and the views are stunning.

🌌 #4: Galaxy’s EdgeLooking for a unique perspective? This one feels like watching fireworks in space.

💖 Wondrous Journeys is part of Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary celebration, sticking around through 2026. So you’ve got time… but those curb spots fill up fast.
