𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗞 👇

We’re new to 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹, so we decided to test our advisor tools on our own 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 trip to Wisconsin Dells.

We started on the public sites… Expedia, VRBO, Airbnb, etc...

Were there cheaper places? 𝗬𝗘𝗦.

But they were older. Outdated. No indoor pool. No fireplace. No waterfront. Not walkable. Or some but not all.

Then we found a 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼 that checked the boxes… but it was about $500 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 for the same week.

So we ran the dates through our 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀.

And found a 𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻 for around $1100 𝗧𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗟 for 5 nights. $500 less than the other one!

Let that sink in.

Even the 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗽 hotels for 5 nights were basically the same price…

And that’s for two queen beds in one room.
No kitchen.
No space.
No amenities.
