A Japanese American from Hawaii, Richard is an avid foodie who has a rich background in Pacific Rim cuisine and along with his wife and partner, Cynthia, who is Hmong and grew up with flavors from Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and France, together they have created a delightful and savory menu for all your special events.
