Here’s a look at our acclimatization climb, Cerro Marmolejo (6,125m) in Chile. It’s the worlds most southern 6,000m peaks and is surrounded by other border volcanoes and incredible granite rock. Our entire crew did awesome and we’re hoping for the same success and beautiful weather as we head over to Argentina today to begin preparations for Aconcagua!

Huge thanks to FITS for outfitting our guide team with endless socks for endless adventures! With this awesome partnership in its early days, we though we'd give a quick update on our programs now and to come! Our team is doing well at Camp 1 and looking to carry supplies to Camp 2 tomorrow. Our annual climbing clinics are going full-swing throughout western Colorado and Utah and the winter Peaks Prep course is being held in the wondrous venue of Nohku Crags. Thanks for keeping our feet warm as we work hard to support the goals of climbers and skiers!

The perspective of Ama Dablam from low in the Khumbu and from high at Camp 1. Our team made and carry and rested over the past few days and will stay at Camp 1 tonight. Every one is feeling great and is so psyched to be climbing on this beautiful peak.

Our Ama Dablam (22,341 ft) team has been traveling through Nepals Khumbu Valley for the past few weeks. They've focused their efforts on Island Peak, (20,305) a wonderful climb with absolutely incredible views of the huge peaks surrounding the valley, and arriving to Ama Dablam base camp healthy and excited for the climb. The weather has been calm, a bit cloudy, and low winds are forecasted to continue! Here's their view from basecamp as they plan to continue their climb to Camp 1 tomorrow.
