Mudslide update - Hagerman section of the Snake River.

7 miles of Class Ill whitewater, about 3-4 hours on the river.

Warm water, long wave trains, and one of the best family sections in Idaho.

Safe for kids 50+ Ibs, still plenty of action for teens and adults.

Flows will be holding strong ~5,000 CFS all summer.

You’ve probably seen the headlines about low snowpack. That’s only part of the story. Across the region, total precipitation maps are showing many basins in the green, and the high elevation SNOTEL sites in the Salmon

Great river season ahead for the Salmon River!

Warm temps have impacted the low and mid elevation snowpack. It's a different story up high!

Everyone's seeing drought headlines, but here's the real breakdown:

High elevation: ~95-105%
Mid elevation: ~65-75%
Low elevation: mostly gone (~10-30%)

The low stuff is dragging down the average... but there's still a lot of water sitting up high.

Peak runoff flows could be stronger than people expect!

Don't miss out!

Great news! The Salmon River basin is almost entirely drought-free!

While much of the West is drying out, the Salmon is holding strong.

We don’t take that for granted.

No dams. Massive wilderness drainage. High elevation snowpack.

Great river season ahead 🌊
