In January 1966, Rochester, New York, experienced a severe snowstorm that left cars stranded on Park Avenue and throughout the city. This blizzard, which occurred on January 30th and 31st, 1966, brought heavy snowfall and strong winds, causing significant disruptions. The storm led to snowdrifts up to 15 feet high, paralyzing transportation and leaving motorists stranded for extended periods
