It’s move in week for these home owners and their custom build. They have been a pleasure to work with and have impeccable taste as the pictures will show. The home sits on almost 13 acres of land which will give them plenty of privacy and views of wildlife. We wish them many years of happiness in their new home!

In just another week or two this house will be move-in ready. What a difference a couple of months can make! The countertops are still being protected under their safety covering, but the leathered granite the homeowner picked out is beautiful. And the floors? Well, the pictures don’t do them justice. They look like 100-year old seasoned wood, but with the ease and convenience of LVP. Finished photos will be coming soon!

I am always thrilled to show pics of houses we are currently building. Even after 34 years, I still delight in watching Kevin build from the ground up. He takes pride in his work and never cuts a corner to save a dollar. All of our houses are built with the finest quality products we can find and all of our subs are top notch and take pride in their work as well. The craftsmanship in our custom homes is second to none. This is a build happening now in Richmond County.
