From biology, anatomy, genetics and so much more Jerry is a wealth of information. Just look him up on Amazon and you will see a large collection of books by him that open the mind to understanding how God has created man so amazing. Make plans to be here Saturday 10 am or 2 pm. The One Year plan is an easy way to read through the whole Bible. It’s available on the FREE YouVersion Bible app and takes only about 15 minutes each day! In one year you can hear the whole Word - then you start over again and don’t ever stop!
Our family reads the Bible together by connecting our phone to the TV and listening as a family. Sometimes we will pause and discuss if anyone has a question. This makes great family time while hearing the Word! Another excellent one-year plan on the same app is The Bible Recap with Tara-Leigh Cobble. This plan reads the Bible in chronological order, and each day includes a brief recap from Tara-Leigh. She truly has a heart for the Lord! This plan takes less than 25 minutes a day.
Reading the Bible together as a family has greatly increased our understanding of God’s Word. One of the most amazing things we’ve realized is that the entire Bible—from Genesis to Revelation—points to Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Through daily reading, we’ve come to know Him more deeply and appreciate how wonderful He truly is.
I encourage you to read the Bible everyday, whether with others or on your own. It is very important to know what God’s Word says, so you will not be fooled by what the world says.
