A couple's passion for design projects led them to tackle two historic buildings in downtown Chaska — and put down roots there.

Dating to the late 1800s, this petite brick building in the heart of downtown Chaska was originally built as a horse stable. As years passed and times changed, it received indoor plumbing and was repurposed as a three-unit office building. The offices had become tired and the building was in need .....

We've added a few new projects to our website, including this basement renovation. We not only have the opportunity to work on great projects, but we also have the pleasure of collaborating with exceptional clients. Please take a look and read their feedback below:

"Josh and the Professio Team,
We wanted to send you a quick letter of thanks for all of the work you did finishing our basement this past winter. The process exceeded expectations and we are beyond thrilled with how it turned out! Every single person we worked with at Professio and all of the subcontractors not only listened carefully to our needs and provided us with a quality finished product, but they were professional, polite and friendly - something that is very important to us!

We were provided with timely updates on the progress of the project and Josh was always willing to answer our questions via text at all hours of the day and night. We especially appreciated the willingness to help us find alternative products that would meet our needs and stay within our budget. We are also thankful for your flexibility when we needed to make a last minute change to the tile in our bar area and for always being diligent about keeping the space clean and organized.

This was a big project and investment for our family and something that we have been looking forward to for years. We were anxious to pick the right team to help us make our dream a reality.
