I am super stoked to announce a new and exciting collab with and !!!
Fried nibbles and sparkling wine served in vintage coupe glasses on a private Atlanta patio is my dream come true. Join us for a sommelier-guided (by me!!!!) biodynamic sparkling wine tasting experience in Grant Park.

Five champagne tastings each paired with its own nibble, from iconic ATL restaurants. From spicy Thai wings to za’atar and aleppo marcona almonds, your tastebuds will be awash in sparkly delight.

Happy Earth Day!!! This is the 51st year that we have celebrated the earth with intention!! Living sustainably is SO much more than reduce, reuse and recycle.
So many of us pay close attention to what we eat and how it’s produced and where it comes from! So much attention has been focused on wine too - organic, biodynamic and natural wines! They give us less of a hangover (woo!), they are often produced more sustainably (woo woo!), but do you know much about what makes a wine biodynamic?!?

Biodynamic wine is NOT A BUZZWORD! It is made with a set of farming practices that views the farm or vineyard as one solid organism. The ecosystem functions as a whole, with each portion of the farm or vineyard contributing to the next.
Natural materials, soils, and composts are used to sustain the vineyard. Synthetic fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides are forbidden. A range of animals from goats to horses live on the soil and fertilize it, creating a rich, fertile environment for the vines to grow in. Biodynamic farming also seeks sustainability, or leaving the land in better shape as they found it for future generations (and a richer more fertile soil = more flavorful and nuanced wine!!!)
Let’s talk about what’s happening in these pictures!! In place of crop sprays, biodynamic winemakers often bury cow horns filled with finely ground quartz or fermented manure among the vines as a fertilizer. How cool is that?!? Are you bio-curious? Next time you’re in a wine shop or a restaurant, ask to try a biodynamic wine!
