Starting Monday off right with a bike lesson ! 💪 🚲
It takes more time but I always teach them to start and balance themselves, rather than running alongside and holding the bike. Most of the time (not always) this helps them learn to ride with less falls since we practice braking and starting off with the power pedal position.

We are an approved vendor with the Alta California Regional Center (ACRC), a non-profit organization in Sacramento that supports individuals with developmental disabilities and their families by helping them access services and resources.
In this video I'm working with a young learner teaching them to "glide" on their bike. This helps them understand balance and control. The work is slow and steady and they make noticable improvements each time.
