Sacramento has its own winter charm. The waterfront, the old Sacramento downtown all decked out in the winter spirit. Winter in Sacramento: bare branches, soft skies, and the quiet charm of a city settling into the season. Between the foggy mornings and chilly evenings, there is plenty of time to catch a stroll by the waterfront with warm coffee or hot chocolate in hand. We’ve been having some seals show up on the docks giving us a winter concert.
