Today we’re celebrating the incredible women who help keep Axis Jet flying—supporting our clients, coordinating missions, and powering our operations every day.

Women make up about 41% of the overall aviation workforce, but representation in technical roles is still growing. For example:
• ~6% of pilots are women
• ~3% of aircraft maintenance engineers are women
• ~21% of air traffic controllers are women

We’re proud of the talented women on our team and grateful for the passion, professionalism, and leadership they bring to aviation every day.
