When I saw this post about Leos from empowerwomenclub_ , I almost didn't repost it because women are taught not to shine any light on their strengths - and then I realized that's exactly WHY and I created Pages & Passports.

After almost a month of not being able to read, I was finally able to read a whole book this weekend and I don’t take that for granted. So grateful for the doctors, insurance, family/friends, and a job that allowed for a successful retinal reattachment and recovery - allowing me to regain what makes me, ME! 📚

And the first book I read included a quote about “West Michigan nice” - a sign? I think so!

As former educators, and I know how crazy May can be. Primarily a month of lasts - last concerts, last projects, last day of school.
