I encourage you to listen to the conversations you’ve been having with friends lately. I have, and here’s what I’ve been hearing:
1. We’re not getting any younger
2. Our families and friends aren’t getting any younger.
3. We have a whole bucket list of places we want to travel.
4. Our list of excuses why we don’t is longer than our bucket list.

Today I encourage you to think about the excuses and then think about how you will feel a few years or a few decades from now if you never get to take the trips.

They say making friends gets harder as you get older, but sometimes the best friendships are the ones you never saw coming.

I’m so grateful our paths crossed. Thank you for the laughter, the adventures, the honest conversations, and for being exactly the kind of friend everyone hopes to find. Our friendship reminds me that it’s never too late to find your people.

I hope this year brings you as much joy, love, and happiness as you bring to everyone around you. Here’s to many more beach sunsets, unforgettable trips, and memories we’ll still be laughing about years from now.
