Pinstriped designs are always a fun challenge for me, especially if I am using the PINSTRIPING to support and define a drawing of an object or vehicle. The trick is trying to (as much as possible) use LINE CONTINUATION in the design, rather than defining each piece individually. You want to retain a lot of flow and movement. Here's a proposal of this kind of design that we submitted not long ago. The design was not selected, but it was still a great learning process for me.🙃

Not always is Throttle asked to come up with something completely new and original. Sometimes a customer wants to pretty much stick with what they have, but they just want to "clean it up", "give it a facelift", "sharpen it up", "tweak a few things", or "put our spin on it". That was the case with Hot Rod Corner, a hot rod shop in Eugene, Oregon. It was a fun little project, and it looked fantastic on shirts! (Note: This car was an image of their real car that was a combination of different Tri-five years, merged together.)
