That't right folks! That is Mr. BO CARTER and his single "LIGHT'S OUT" in the TOP 100 on the Texas Regional Radio Report chart. "Light's Out" moved from #137 to #98 in 2 WEEKS on the charts. We couldn't be happier for Mr. Carter!
