🏛️🌿 Discover the history of Brackenridge Park!

Join Brackenridge Park Conservancy for a guided walking tour along the west side of the Park, led by Theresa Scheets, owner of T’s Tours.

This approximately one mile tour follows the San Antonio River through some of the Park’s most historic areas. Along the way, guests will explore sites including Pump House #1, Lambert Beach, the historic Raceway, the Alamo Dam and Acequia, and more.

⏰ Arrive between 9:15 and 9:30 a.m.
🚶 Tour begins promptly at 9:30 a.m.

We want to capture your stories about the historic Alameda Theater in downtown San Antonio. This movie palace was one of the largest Spanish-language movie theaters in the country and provided Mexican Americans with a luxury experience at a time of widespread segregation. It's an amazing part of our American history!
