Parsley, dill, thyme, butter and pistachio crusted salmon ( my own idea) with lemon/lime zest and juice, mushrooms, carrots and yellow squash rice w/crispy spinach leaves.
A little secret, I like cooking my rice till it’s lightly dark brown on the bottom. It adds a really good crunch and chewingnees to the rice.
But before you cook your rice, put it in a bowl with water.
Let it sit for 10 minutes then strain and repeat at least 2 to 3 times, then strain your rice and then cook your rice however you want.
And remember….Always make love to your food and keep dancing!
