Nice remodeling and upgrade for this San Clemente project. Beside the pool & spa, living/relaxing space been added to maximize the back and side yard. Masonry bench, firepit, fireplace, large structure with electrics louvers from "4K Aluminum"....Landscape/lighting installed by our friend Lindsey with landscape solutions oc inc.

A little while ago we did this project in San Clemente. We went more than 10 feet in the slope in order to maximize the space, bringing us massive retaining walls. The rest is good work ethic to ending up with a nice project...

Welcome to this San Clemente property. A lot to come in here...Large pool & spa, folding doors, an amazing balcony to be build....For now... engineering process, geotech company in the field to do "Pitch-Test" and take the soil samples to lab.. Monaco Luxury Pools doesn't and won't cut any corner, all to be build by book....more video to come

Monday was breaking ground Day!! A full remodeling including new pool/spa, fireplace, 4K aluminum structure, BBQ...Small access bobcats to be craned over today!!

When the pool collect all the rain water from the site.....When you installed 2 pumps in the pool to take care of this water, but, I guess, with the storm the electrical main breaker goes off....You end up with +3' of water in the pool.... :-(

.. This San Clemente project is going fast and smoothly, as it should be. Nice design and set-up on the way. Keep an eye on this one, it will end up as another master piece from M.L.P...We know how to maximize space and budget to its max... .
