I’m afraid that due to personal reasons I am considering selling my business Luna’s Llama Adventures. The heart of this business is Humboldt, so I would like for it to stay in Humboldt, Del Norte, Trinity, or Mendocino County.
This is a two year old llama packing business. Buyer can decide what kind of experiences they want to continue to offer to clients, but things we currently offer include hikes with llamas, llama-assisted backpacking trips, short llama walks, and llama visits to events. We have some loyal and enthusiastic clients. Cruise lines start coming to Eureka next spring, and I think that a “Humboldt llama excursion” could be organized. I think this business has a great future ahead of it!
The business includes 6 llamas - 4 of which are very solid on their training and 2 of which are friendly but need more experience to round out their training. 4 hard pack saddles with 4 panniers. 1 soft pack saddle with panniers. 1 horse trailer (fits max of 4 llamas). 3 long leads, 4 ground stakes, 1 set of electric shears, 1 set of hand shears. Llama costume pieces for events. We were planning on training a couple llamas to pull a cart, so we also have a small horse/llama cart available.
In addition to the physical assets, we have a website and domain, Facebook account, and Instagram account that can all be transferred to buyer. We have merch designs ready for launch. The business has a good relationship with the Humboldt County Visitor’s Bureau and is listed on the “Visit Redwoods” website.

I am willing to be flexible and can work out payment plans. I love these llamas dearly and I want to be sure that they go to a good home. For this reason I would love to form a relationship and stay in contact with the buyer.
