‼️ ACCOUNTABILITY POST ‼️
So recently, TravelwithLove hosted its first group trip. And as exciting and amazing as the trip was for the trip goers, TWL, dropped the ball just before the endzone.
Without going into many specifics, we failed to ensure that we were available to assist the client as they returned home on the last leg of the trip. Many things were happening in the background for TWL & the CEO, however we don’t take these things as excuses as it is IMPORTANT ALWAYS to have 3 plans to ensure that our clients always feel safe, secure, and well taken care of.
To rectify the situation, TWL immediately refunded the clients the last leg of the trip, sent an apology letter, AND are ensuring that they won’t have to pay for their hotel stays on their next trip (even if they don’t book with TravelwithLove). We understand how valuable someone’s experience is and just how important it is to ensure that we properly accommodate the client event when it was our screw up that caused such inconvenience.
As your travel agency, we take it seriously when other travel suppliers don’t hold up to their end of a deal. We spend HOURS on the phone ensuring that all slip ups are rectified and that all persons on the trip are properly accommodated. So knowing this, we treat ourselves with that same level of expectation!
Although mistakes can happen, we work diligently to ensure that each client’s overall experience is full of LOVE.
We learned many things throughout this process and are currently working to ensure we have the proper plans, contingency plans, and plan-Z this way the agency can always operate on the level that our clients rave about. We hope to never ever ever leave another client feeling the slightest bit of dissatisfaction ever again. It is your satisfaction that keeps us going and pursuing our mission.
