Tough Race but unofficial 1st in class. Blew the shocks out of the frame and sprung a radiator leak about five miles from the finish but still managed to get a 🥇. Thanks to all our help.

Tomorrow is a big day. We decided to prep the car and go racing and start the 2026 season right! We can’t thank you all enough for signing up for our rides, and for some, even sponsoring the car! We had two consecutive successful season championship wins. It took a lot of hard work and perseverance, but we did it! I’m proud of Zach’s achievements. We are pleased to announce that Zach has won the championship in the AMA District 38 Desert Racing Pro Production Turbo class for the 2025 season. This comes on the heels of a 2024 championship win.

It wasn’t easy and required a lot of hard work and dedication. Prep before each race presented its own challenges as the toll of racing seemed to compound. Our promise to Zach was that if he kept his grades up and showed dedication, we’d go racing. He did just that. Zach’s a simple kid. You won’t find him on social media - he’s not interested. He’s has been drawn to wheels since he was a todler. We’re proud of his achievement but recognize that it is not possible without the help of others which I will recongnize here. Some have helped with prep, some with parts, some with pitting, some with encouragement and some with money. All of it has given my son and I many memories together which is priceless.

Moving forward we are unsure of what’s next in 2026. More D38 races? Full tear down and rebuild?The car is pretty tired and needs a chassis. We’re not sure what’s the best move and the thought of hanging it up is heartbreaking. Currently we are taking care of some immediate needs on the car as we navigate forward. We’ll see what 2026 brings!

Unofficial Race Results with a 2nd in Class and 4th overall. We shall see how the Championship points shake out. This year’s Christmas Classic was dusty dusty dusty! We lost a belt on lap two which set us back six minutes. Zach is an absolute animal and drove his heart out. We had a few very close calls and are thankful to finish out the season the way we did. Thanks to everyone who got us there!

Tiffany got a new for her birthday. She’s been eyeballing this one for a minute. We got out and stretched her legs this afternoon. Super fun machine!
