Hinnom Valley Revival
More than 2000 years ago Pentecost started in Jerusalem among the Jews with an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. We consider that to be the former rain as mentioned in Joel 2:23. What about the falling of the former and the latter rain at the same moment? Since this has not happened yet, when will that happen and what will be the mighty result? Haggai 2:9 states: The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former. Something big we still should expect to happen….
We can clearly see that we are living in the last days. In the “Christian nation” USA abortions are allowed on full grown babies nowadays…Lawlessness and lack of love as mentioned in Matthew 24.
Israel is surrounded by Islamic enemies and as a nation itself it is divided like never before. And all other nations are coming against them. Antisemitism is rampant. Jerusalem will be a very heavy stone for all peoples according to Zechariah 12:3.
A better timing for a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit is unthinkable. Many Christians believe in a worldwide revival. What would be the best place to start that to happen than Jerusalem! Peace between Egypt, Assyria and Israel? Unfulfilled Isaiah 19:25 prophecy!
Hinnom Valley, a valley at the foot of God’s Mountain, Mount Zion, the well-known Temple Mount in Jerusalem, we believe is the place chosen by God. Why? Hinnom Valley is the valley that was cursed by the Lord because the Jews were sacrificing their babies to Molech. It is the valley of dry bones from Ezechiel 37. For that reason, for the Jews, it is a place called hell. It has been a desolated place in the middle of Jerusalem for ages. Neither Jews nor Arabs like to go there. But Jeremiah 31:40 says that this whole valley will be holy to the Lord! It is supposed to be the valley that David used to bring the Ark of God into the city.
For many years Christians, Jews and gentiles, have humbled themselves and have worshiped the Lord and prayed in Hinnom Valley. Many have seen visions about this territory. Several prayer ministries are surrounding this valley.
The Feast of Tabernacles, or Sukkot, the only Jewish feast that Jesus celebrated ((John 7:37,38) has not been confirmed by an act of God by His Holy Spirit like Pentecost or Passover. For more than twenty years this feast has been celebrated in Hinnom Valley by the International Christian Zionist Center (ICZC) led by Jan Willem van der Hoeven. We believe this year, 2024, is the year of breakthrough.

Zechariah 8:23 states that the Lord will return to Jerusalem and dwell there and that 10 out of each nation will grasp the robe of a Jew and say let me go with you for the Lord is with you. Be one of them!
