* Having it daily in the morning with a glass of water can also help you to fight cholesterol and also reduce high blood pressure.
* Apple cider vinegar is not only beneficial for humans, but for our dogs as well. It can help fight fleas from the body of the dogs. It can also cure arthritis in dogs. Another important use of apple cider vinegar is to use it on the itchy skin of the dogs and bring relieve to him. It has also been proved to treat runny nose, cough and watery eyes in dogs.
