Thank you to the Cottonwoods Canyon Foundation for hosting us for a morning of giving back to the canyons who give so much to us! We spent several hours digging holes and planting wildflowers which are so important to the canyons ecosystem!

I started GOAT because I was lonely and figured I couldn’t be the only one. almost 200 women later… I wasn’t. It’s not a cult, just a women who show up for each other and themselves

I think my mom is pretty incredible. For as long as I can remember, she’s been the one nudging me out the door and into the woods, and I’m not sure I ever really thanked her for it.

So this fall, I’m doing it out loud. We’re heading up to Silver Lake at Brighton on September 19th for a mother/daughter morning as the aspens turn gold, and we’d love for you to come.

Bring your mom. Bring your daughter. Bring the woman who inspires you to get outside. 💛 Easy 1-mile loop, all ages and paces welcome. Cost is $5 per attendee and light refreshments provided.
