It was fun attending Neopalooza to sell, judge and lecture! Thank you Bill for organize the event. Also Joanne and Ernie to make event special. And everyone who attended event made this so much fun. It was second year and it was successful exhibition! Thank you for coming from outside of state (Peter, carol, Phylis, Graig and Duane) And I want to make special thanks to who helped me giving lots of information about decorative pots so that I could give lecture about them. Lots of bloom happening this year!! It helped to give more light exposure but sometimes plants need time to adjust to new environment. Once plants are big enough and adjusted your growing space, flower should come easily. #伝統園芸

Some high-end Fukiran can feel intimidating to buy, but there’s a reason they are ranked so highly. They have almost all the characteristics we look for. And yes, some are extremely slow growers.

2 Houmeiden is going wild!!! Houmeiden is one of my favorite variety although they are quite reasonable these days. They have multiple special characters. Beautiful ruby roots with blight white tiger stripe (color contrast is amazing). Compact leaves with good bloom. This plant bloom like this every year. Beniougi (1st picture in bloom!) Flower is dark pink marginal stripe and leaves also gets dark red marginal stripe. Absolutely gorgeous variety. Dendrobium moniliform should get more spot light in my opinion due to the variety of variegation, hardiness and reasonable pricing!
