My career in travel planning began over 25 years ago, coordinating and setting up travel for national and international clinicians, Olympians and coaches for gymnastics camps and competitions, as well as managing travel arrangements for Master Instructors for Spinning Instructor Trainings nationwide in the late 90s. My love for travel and the travel experience, began in the early 90s after taking
my first trip outside of North America to Europe, to watch my then boyfriend (now husband of 29 years) compete in Barcelona at the 1992 Olympics. Prior to the Games beginning, my parents and I had the pleasure of taking an RV from Frankfurt to Barcelona, traveling through Germany, Switzerland, France and Spain. After the Games, my husband continued to travel another two weeks through Germany, Switzerland and France. Throughout the years, I’ve enjoyed researching and planning my own family’s vacations, exploring new places and enjoying other cultures. My favorite vacation so far, is our family trip to Greece (Athens, Mykonos and Santorini) and Italy (Sorrento and Positano) after our two daughters graduated from college/high school. And most recently, our trip to Bali, specifically our portion of the trip spent in Amed, which is in the eastern part of the island. The people and culture are something special. At the end of 2021, during the pandemic, with our two daughters now adults, I decided to turn my passion for travel and organizational skills from my previous profession as a gymnastics camp and club owner, into a full-time travel advisory career.
