This is a project designed by seacoast engineering and Design. We added a steel beam which opened up the room that looks out over the bay. We designed the window wall to create this dramatic view. A very special project for us.

Seacoast Engineering And Design was responsible for the deck extension structural design at the LaSiesta Resort. Damage in this part of the Keys was extensive. The deck extension was not damaged. A tribute to the Seacoast design and to CBT Construction who built the extension.

Hello Everyone. We have not posted anything in a while. Thanks for keeping us real busy. These are photos of an interesting concrete and spalling repair project. Old decks will be demolished and replaced with new decks. Generally we can save the existing decks but these were not worth saving.
