How are you? I'm Sasha, a special dog with a very special diet. My stomach is pretty sensitive, so I can only eat grain-free food that contains one protein. I am also heartworm positive, but that's why I need you. You can foster me from the Humane Society for Greater Savannah until I'm heartworm-free, and even longer than that if you want :) If you have another dog at home, bring him or her to meet me so we can play and spend a little time together in the play yard first. I need a special and loving family who can give me the care that I need. Are you ready for a special and loving dog like me?

Difficult decision for us, but soon the Picking Sisters will be the packing sisters. We are closing our booth at Picker Joe's next month and will be selling our inventory.
We would like to sell the inventory as a lot, so maybe to a dealer, decorator or booth owner? You'll see from the photos that there is a great mix of furniture, books, picttures, linens and kitsch. All will be sold including displays and shelving. Please spread the word and get in touch with any questions!

**UPDATE - Jenny was ADOPTED on day #266!!!** Friends, we'd like you to meet Jenny! She is a beautiful, fun-loving and playful pup who is almost two years old. As you can see, she is also a HUGE fan of belly rubs :) She enjoys playing with her other doggie friends in playgroups here at the Adoption Center. Jenny came to Asheville Humane Society after she was found as a stray last April, and she has now been waiting for a new family of her very own for 265 days... one of our longest residents! Will you help Jenny find her new home by helping her get 265 shares??? Thank you so much for your support, friends!
