Today didn’t go as planned, but we did have a lot of action. We ran through a quart and a half of shrimp like nothing. Made a little run to the shrimp hole, and these guys threw the net and filled the bait wells back up. We lost some big sharks, kept one for dinner, and even took swimming breaks. Fishing with these soldiers today felt like I was just hanging with friends. I’m definitely thankful for these boys’ service; I can’t wait to fish again with them.

Sunday turned out to be a beautiful day compared to Saturday. We fished mud minnows under a popping cork and gulps with a jig head. Kept a few flounder and trout. Thanks to Zane Patrick Nugent with Carter's Charters with the help of netting, rigging, and pictures.

The women smoked the men today. Flounder showed up but they don’t stand a chance when it comes to fast learners and gulp shrimp on a jig head. It was a mixture of live shrimp and artificial today.
