Most all-inclusives?
Fine for what they are.
Grand Velas Riviera Maya is not most all-inclusives.
It sits where the Caribbean meets the Yucatán jungle, which sounds like marketing copy but is actually just what it looks like.
The food is Michelin-starred.
The spa is the kind where you lose track of what day it is.
And the whole point is that you don't think about anything.
No wallet.
No signing for things.
No mental math about whether you're "getting your money's worth."
Just sunshine and someone anticipating what you need before you need it.
