I am off on another adventure to get firsthand knowledge for you! I love helping clients discover destinations that feel fresh, authentic, and just a little off the radar, and Miches is exactly that. 🌴

Tucked along the northeastern coast of the Dominican Republic, and about an hour from Punta Cana, Miches offers a completely different side of the Caribbean. Think untouched beaches, lush green mountains, and a peaceful atmosphere that’s hard to find in more developed resort areas.

It’s the stories you tell for years after you return home.

You may spend money on the trip… but what you gain is priceless.

I had the absolute pleasure of planning a dreamy anniversary celebration for two wonderful couples who chose to honor their journeys together in the most beautiful way this summer - featuring some of Europe’s most scenic rail adventures. 🚆

Two love stories. One unforgettable anniversary journey. ✨

Their journey will begin in Zermatt with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn and a mountain excursion to Gornergrat. From there, they’ll travel aboard the iconic Glacier Express to the beautiful resort town of St. Moritz, continue on the spectacular Bernina Express through the Swiss Alps, and end their celebration in romantic Venice with a private gondola ride through the canals.

There isn’t a perfect English translation.

It means slow down.

Take it easy.

No rush.

Be present.

It’s a way of life along the Adriatic - long lunches by the water, unhurried conversations, watching the boats drift in and out of the harbor.

No one’s checking the time.

No one’s sprinting to the next thing.

Just… Pomalo.

And maybe that’s what so many of us are actually craving when we say we “need a vacation.”

Not just a trip.

Not just a checklist.

But space.

Stillness.

Connection.

The best itineraries aren’t always the busiest ones.

Sometimes they’re the ones that leave room to wander cobblestone streets, linger over wine, and say yes to one more sunset.
