As we wrap up Mental Health Awareness Month, I’ve been thinking about how often women pour from an empty cup and convince themselves they’ll “rest later.”
Between work, family, schedules, responsibilities, and the nonstop mental load, it’s easy to forget that you matter too.
That’s exactly why I decided to host a women’s wellness retreat this fall. A few days to slow down, breathe deeply, move your body, sleep well, laugh with other women, and reconnect with yourself without needing to plan a single thing.
No “wellness perfection.” Just space to exhale in a beautiful setting and finally make yourself a priority for once.
And the best part? You can experience it however feels best for you. Join the group activities and connect with other women, come solo and enjoy your own quiet reset, or bring a friend and spend the time together. There’s absolutely no pressure or expectation.
