✨One Pan Bacon Sausage Cheesy Pasta✨

1. Chop a 1/2 pound of bacon. Then cook it in a large skillet on medium heat. Once it’s done cooking remove from the skillet and drain some of that grease. But leave around 3 tablespoons of it in the pan.
2. Now to the same pan add 1 1/2 sliced smoked sausage links and one diced onion. Cook at a medium to high heat. Sauté until you get a golden brown color. Then add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic. Toss until you can really smell it.
3. Now add 1 pound of whatever pasta you’d like. I did rotini. Toss together then add 1 carton of chicken broth. (4 cups) heat to a boiling. Then toss every once in a while.
4. Once the liquid has been absorbed and the noodles are cooked through. (Around 9-11 minutes) add 3/4 cups of heavy cream. Turn down heat. Mix. Then add 8 ounces of whatever cheese you’d like. Make sure it’s freshly shredded. (I used Colby Jack) Add a little at a time while stirring.
5. Once cheese has all melted it shouldn’t be stringy anymore. Now top with that bacon.
6. Enjoy!!!
